Let's start with some additional details. Did that message just appear? With the statement "it passed all the test" did you run the Diagnostics routine?
To verify that run the Diagnostics routine.
To run the Diagnostics routine, Start tapping the Esc key BEFORE starting the PC and then press the start button.
Keep tapping the Esc key until a popup menu shows. Then pick Diagnostics from that popup menu, F2.
Report back with the results.
If that message came up after the Diagnostics routine, then most likely either the hard drive has been corrupted or there is more hardware that is not reporting another situation. The model number of the PC is needed to check on the hardware.
If there is Optane memory or more than one hard drive, it might be misleading you.
I'm not an HP employee.
