maybe a bit late but...
in general, if this window opens, during an installation, it should close automatically
at least that's what I've always seen
so preferably wait a bit..
the message, has nothing to do, it will be proposed each time, that will be opened..
If you don't use it, then it doesn't matter to perform this update
