Up until now my pc has been fine. No issues. I went to turn it on and there is a black screen telling me there is a keyboard error. so I try everything I can (unplugging it and trying again , booting without a keyboard ) but I still get the same error . I have tested the keyboard with another pc so I know it is a problem with the computer does, anyone have any ideas that could help me?

@C0N0R,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting keyboard error when you start the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Have you tried pressing enter on that screen?

Meanwhile, I recommend you boot to BIOS by tapping the F10 key as soon as you power on the computer and restore the BIOS defaults and they check.

Follow the steps in the below video.
