Whenever I leave my laptop for a few minutes, it crashes and completely restarts. It gave a warning sign that it had a blue screen which flashed for a second then disappeared.

I would run diagnostics to check hardware: Start the PC. Tap "ESC".
Select "F2". Run system and components tests.
Uninstall or update recently installed hardware drivers. Remove hardware upgrades.
Could be a power supply or MB problem if you have no: factory installed hardware problems, or hardware driver/software problems, or you have not upgraded hardware.
