laptop stuck at startup menu

so my laptop was hanging a lot and the HP support agent told me that I will need to format my laptop for the operating system and I was just following the steps whatever it had listed in the documents shared by the agent and it is now stuck at the startup menu for some reason and I have been trying for past 5 to 6 hours to get my laptop back and normal laptop is not even working properly it is stuck at the startup window and I am not able to use it at all. a literally bought this laptop in March of this year that is March 20 26 and this laptop hard issues from I think second or third month it was hanging so much and every time I complain to the HP support assistant they just did a few updates and that is all understand they told me that didn't need to format the operating system since that was creating the problem and now it is stuck and I have absolutely no reply from them such disappointing service from hp
