hi my laptop was showing a bit locked recovery screen . i cannot remember any microsoft email i have attached to it since i bought it . i looked up on google ways to reset my laptop without the recovery key and i did something through command prompt and now i have a black screen with a blue popup that says “boot device not found please install an operating system on your hard disk” i don’t know much about computers so i have no idea what any of this means . i’m fine with completely resetting as i have no way to access a bitlocker recovery key . any help is appreciated thank you

Hi:

 

You will have to reinstall Windows on the drive.

 

You can see if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
