message when shuting down

Hi I get a message on shutting down- Rtls5Wake what is this and is it something I need to worry about? I just click shutdown anyway. Is there a way to remove it if it would be best to do so. Regards Addy5

RtlS5Wake.exe is a  process in Windows Task Manager. The process known as Realtek WOWL Utility belongs to software REALTEK Wireless LAN Driver or Realtek WOWL Utility by Realtek (


 RtlS5Wake.exe is not essential for the Windows OS and causes relatively few problems.
