RtlS5Wake.exe is a process in Windows Task Manager. The process known as Realtek WOWL Utility belongs to software REALTEK Wireless LAN Driver or Realtek WOWL Utility by Realtek (www.realtek.com).
RtlS5Wake.exe is not essential for the Windows OS and causes relatively few problems.
If you want to remove RtlS5Wake.exe from your computer, just go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove programs and select Realtek-WOWL-Utility from the list.
