mpm mode is on pc is not opening

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If your HP PC is stuck with “MPM mode is on” and won’t boot, this is a rare but that typically relates to HP’s Manufacturing Programming Mode (MPM), a special BIOS state used during factory setup.

1. Try a CMOS Reset

If your PC has a removable battery or CMOS jumper:

  • Power off and unplug the PC
  • Remove the battery (if possible)
  • Hold the power button for 30 seconds
  • Reinsert the battery and power on

This may reset the BIOS and exit MPM mode.
