Windows has detected a problem that is keeping it from booting into windows.  You need t run the startup repair.  If, after running the repair, it still boots to the trouble shooter then you may need to restore windows to the last known working version, the "System Restore"

I assume you are booting your system directly and NOT using a restore CD or USB drive.

Did you install any software or new hardware?  Did this problem show up recently such as after a power surge or electrical storm?  Any indication such as system running slow or unable to read a file on the hard drive?

This a new system with windows 11 or did you upgrade from 10 to 11.  Maybe something went wrong in the upgrade.

If you bring up the BIOS using f10, what does the boot show?

Does it  show booting win11?  win10?  or just the name of the disk drive? Or does it show "Windows Boot Manager"?

I don't have your AIO but going by one of my newer motherboard the UEFI boot manager remembers previous systems and possibly wants to boot something that is no longer there.

My first choice (before a clean install of win11) would be to make sure the local boot manager has

"Windows boot manager" as first choice

if not there or not working then

win11 or win10

You may have to disable secure boot to change the boot sequence.

The last choice for booting would be the name of the disk drive.

Since the UEFI boot is listed as  an option on your first photo that can allow you to get into it.  If not, then use the F10 after powering up.

If you got this with win11 and under warrantee take it back and let them fix it or replace it.

Windows boot manager is not able to boot the OS.  Try any other boot option.  If none work then find your win11 boot disk...

(1) Try a custom install

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-perform-a-custom-installation-of-window...

If none of those options show up and/or you are told that the partition and all data will be overwritten then you MAY want to Swap your hard drive for new one,   Do a clean install on the new one and then put original drive in a USB3 (or 2) adapter and try to recover important files from it.

Try the (1) first and report what you see. Worst case is swapping drives so as to restore important stuff.  The custom install will leave data files where you can find them.
