Product: HP Touchsmart Notebook

my HP Touchsmart notebook keeps loading me to this blue screen that says at the top choose an option and below gives me 5 different options saying continue, use a device, use another operating system, troubleshoot, and turn off your pc. please help me

What could have happened is that the disk-drive inside your computer has "died", and your motherboard cannot load Windows from the "dead" disk-drive.

 

Power-off your computer. Power-on your computer, and press the key to launch HP Hardware Diagnostics. Run the test, targeting the disk-drive. Does it report "no drive found" ?
