my laptop will not power on.

I try pushig the windows+B and power buttons and sometimes it comes on. I have also tried to do the force start with esc+f10 and that also works sometimes. It takes a while and neither of those work all the time. How do I fix this?

Sadly your description is unclear. 

When Your notebook not powering on:
  - Caps lock blinking automatically? - > This is a bios beep code, can be hardware issue

  - Power on, or absolutly not? - > When your pc power on, but no display, but lcd has a backlight - > Probably SSD failure.

When your notebook power on: 
  - If you need to wait a lot for starting, probably ssd issue.
  - When windows is loaded, but you see only mouse, this is a windows error. 

We need more information about your problem to identify it.
