windows would only boot every 6-12 hours.
It would not restart from within windows it indicated "restarting" the not thing. turning on and off to help.
Un pluging and let it sit for hours. It would start windows and seam ok.
efforts to repair by using recovery disk resulted in can not repair the boot issue.
changed HDD still could not boot or do a clean instal of WIn 10 .
My next path is to find a copy of the original BIOS.
SKU # H2L93AA#ABA
SR# [Personal Information Removed]
BIOS: AMI 7.10 date 6/9/2012
Baseboard: 2:AEO
Where can I find a copy of the BIOS to reinstal.
Thanks

hi
You have therefore checked, if it is not the hard disk which has the problem.
If the problem is not in the bios, you risk rendering it unusable if the updates fail
Motherboard Specifications, MSI MS-7778 (Jasmine)
- Motherboard name: MSI MS-7778
- HP/Compaq name: Jasmine
- SSID: 2AE0
but nothing here
[edit] i found here for windows 8
but I advise against it only as a last resort, at your own risk
search hard drive side first if ok

You didn't understand what I said?
Have you tested your hard drive?
If you install windows 7, does it work?
the update you are requesting is obviously no longer available here, is not sure that an old update will solve your problem
