Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Brand new computer eon't boot. Attempts to reach customer support have been futile. Last night told me to run a test on hard drive and scheduled a call, but never followed up. Computer booted this morning, but after a shut down (shut down through Windows), attempts to reboot have failed. 40 minute estimated wait with the horrible recorded woman and horrific music driving me mad. Should I return and get my money back and shop elsewhere? This has been a horrendous experience.
