It is quite complicated to replace a motherboard in a computer of this type.
But if you get there, you will most certainly have to buy a new Windows version.
Except in particular cases with windows 10:

if you change the motherboard, you may have to change the processor, the memory modules !!
Try to look for another computer instead, it may be easier

It seems difficult to answer you precisely,
You are limited by the motherboard, newer models will not work
And you also have a power supply only of 300w which limits the possibilities.
