Yes, Normally That's is my first step after testing everything, HOWEVER HP KEPT ME ON HOLD FOR TWO HOURS, PASSED ME FROM PERSON TO PERSON, AND HUNG UP ON SIX TIME'S! After wasting seven hours of my busy life and getting one dumb-ass, tech support agent after another, who didn't even know what bios or post codes were. I HAVE SWORE OF HP TECH SUPPORT And I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't build computers and only use their PC's for email and a web-browser to have to call HP TECH SUPPORT Because they don't know what they are doing there and the support is a complete joke. I am a YouTube Product reviewer and I will be making a video based on their support staff!!!

I understand your concerns and frustration

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Thank you
