Your not reading the above post he said HE DOES NOT HAVE LEGACY in his BIOS which is the same as me so its impossible to boot from a usb stick or device. It looks like the laptop like mine was designed for UEFI and nothing else. Mine had bitlocker encrytion on it too so the only solution i can see is to remove the flash memory ill be taking it to an electronics shop. Ill doubt ill ever buy another HP product like this again.
