Hi
The HDD error code suggests you should replace the drive. I would do a 2.5 inch SATA SSD for better performance.
You will have to reinstall Windows on the new drive unless you have disk image backups.
After installing Windows on the new drive you can install the failing drive as a data drive. You should be able to recover data from the old drive if Windows can mount this disk in Explorer.

well i got a new HD same as the original. to be safe, but my recovery disks 1,2,3 do not work,, runs ok then the same error, missing the win32 extract file??? ,, where can get recovery disks for win 10,, it will not boot off usb,,
