actually sir/madam,

Myself Rahul Pal  recentely I had purchased a laptop of your company (HP) but it had not been a month since I start facing issue on your product when I open my laptop and  start refreshing it ,my microsoft edge page openes and after 10 seconds almost 200 pages open in that site . I  had taken my laptop to my near laptop servicing centre and they told me that my keyboard keys are not working and they also recommended me to take this laptop at HP service centre . I had  complaint this issue on your site but there was no  response from your side . I request you to please see to my issue and fix it as soon as possible .
