Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My PC appears to have been hacked and is asking for a password on boot before I even get to the windos 10 screen.  I do not know what to do short of a system restore...I upgraded to Windows 10 last year but my computer came with Windows 7 when I bought it.

Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

Rafael.

It was hacked.

That is the SYSKEY password.

You will need to try to restore to an earlier date before it started.

Most of the time they remove any restore dates to stop you from doing that.

If that is so then you will need to do a complete system restore.

Sorry Rafael.
