Hi my pc doesn't start I press the power button and the blue light is on but the fans don't start. It all began when I accidentally plugged in the wrong power cable DC 9V to an old external hard drive of DC 5V . The computer was on with a newer external hard dirve USB plugged when it shut down. Now the pc won't boot and the the new external hard drive won't turn on (no light). I removed the internal hard drive but it won't make any difference. I don't know if the motherboard is damaged or the power supply beacuse I 've seen the green led behind the power supply lights when I connect the cable but it shuts when i press the power button.
