when I try to turn on pc after shut down it won't turn on 

normally the power button is white when powering on the pc 

but now it is red

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Please provide a specific product number. This might help to isolate a solid red power button condition using the HP Maintenance and Service Guide available for HP business PCs .

 

I can't find any general HP related info on this error but it may indicate you have a hardware problem.

 

Power supply, MB, or other component.

 

Have you tried reducing the PC to a minimum config? One stick of known/good RAM, CPU, and onboard graphics, if this option is possible depending upon your CPU.
