i tried to put a new graphics card in my older hp pavilion laptop but when i put it back together with all the parts installed as is, i plugged it in and it instantly turned on and fans started spinning full blast and all usb ports stopped working and screen is black (no video output) power button doesn’t work either. it’s still on with no beeps and when i remove the graphics card it beeps but if i remove the hard drive or ram it stays on
