HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q105na (Touch)

My PC suddenly does not turn on. It was working fine yesterday but suddenly doesn't turn on. This has happened once before when I tried turning on my PC with a keyboard plugged in, and I was able to fix it by re plugging it in, but this time it will not turn back on, and I don't know why.

Hi @jamesjames1

Sorry to see this.

Diagnosing a dead PC is a process of elimination.

Most components are integrated in AIO PCs. The exceptions are: storage, the CPU, and RAM.

Your PC's graphics card is soldered to the MB. This component can be replaced.

The external power supply would be an item of interest. Otherwise, I suggest you have a local PC Tech take a look.

The Tech, in addition to trying a different power supply, could check: storage, RAM, and the CPU. Your graphics card or the MB may have failed if: storage, the external power supply, CPU, and RAM are okay.

Finding the bad part is achieved by swapping in different components, one at a time, until the PC can POST. No change in behavior (the PC will not POST) after changing all components suggests the MB has failed.
