After I press the power button, it turns on for a few seconds & shuts down . I've taken it to a few repair shops, they couldn't find out the problem, they'd tried to replace the power supply but still not resolve the problem.

I understand that your HP desktop is not working correctly. This seems like a hardware related issue with the computer, in order to fix this issue your computer needs to be repaired.  I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically.  HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/​​​​​​​
