Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
do not recognize the PC from the HP recognition program. It's like my device is a spark. When I enter the details of the application then it recognizes the device but it is still not recognized by the HP programs This happened after a BIOS upgrade

Hi Betty. The program is HP support assistant .  In the end my problem is why my Pc don't recognized anymore from HP also Detect program . Can you help me? I find and I put manual serial number and type but still nothing
