Hi! I have this All in One desktop computer that wasn't functioning so in 2022 it has been sent to repair center when it was still in warranty, we never used it and it never worked. We asked for a refund because the repair center wasn't sending the computer back for more than 6 months, it was approved but then the case was closed and we never had the money back, never had any e-mail reply since then. We thought the computer got lost, then after many weeks more Hp decided to send back the computer, when we got it it says it was repaired but it still has the same problem: power on-beep on-black screen.
Now we still have 2 weeks of the repair-warranty, and nobody is answering the phone.
Is August 2023 we still haven't solved the problem and is really sad that nobody could help us till now -not by chat, not by phone, not by emails- also because we shipped everytime the computer from and to Mexico so it costed us hundreds of dollars travels.
Can you help me please ?!
