Wierd one, bare with me:
Recently bought a HP Prodesk 400 | G5 | MT. It is hooked up to 3 monitors. 2 monitors are hooked to an GPU (HP AMD Radeon R7 430 2GB) 1 monitor is hooked up to the internal GPU. All though DisplayPort.
Sometimes, around 80% of the time, when you turn on the computer it says: "no boot device found". After a lot of Problem solving i found out that when you disconnect the 3rd monitor (any monitor) it fixes the issue.
- Tried updating the bios / reinstalling drivers.
- Tried reseating the SSD
- Tried a different GPU. Nvidia NVS 310.
- Tried hooking up al the monitors with the internal GPU only ( 2x DP 1x VGA)
- Tried all of the above with an other HP Desktop 400 | G5 | MT. Exact same problem.
A workaround is to boot the computer with 2 monitors and attach the 3rd monitor after Windows has booted. All 3 monitors will work fine untill you reboot the computer.
I'm at a loss. Thanks in advance.
