Product: HP Z4 G4 Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Greetings
We have an HP Z4 G4 Workstation, the mother board has been replaced recently, after the replacement during the boot the workstation displays this error message :
Product information not valid. The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid.
System Board (00A) - Feature Byte
System Board (00A) - Build ID
System Board (00A) - Serial Number
System Board (00A) - System Board CT Number
press spacebar to continue to the boot or "Y" to enter missing information.
Which troubleshooting steps can we follow in order to get this fixed and eliminate the error message?
