See if you can boot info safe mode

After booting into safe mode, create a new user account that is local. Give the account administrator privilege
Local means no email needed to log in.
Reboot and log in using the new admin account.
After you get it working you can add the email type login if desired
Click on the Start button and then go to Settings > Accounts > Your account. Select 'Sign in with a Microsoft account instead,' input your Microsoft account password and click 'next'.
