My pc has passed both the memory and hard drive tests and I've done 4 different methods to try and fix it but nothing works I had just installed a 2tb barracuda hard drive and suggestions?

It is really quite easy to do.  You need another PC to make the DVD or USB.  Go to this site

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"  Then follow the directions.  Either the DVD or USB.

Then you can use this new media to install Windows 10.

Did you install the 2TB drive in ADDITION to the original 'boot' drive? or is the 2TB drive the only drive in the system now?

HP Recommended

From what I know the only drive is the 2tb ono

If the original drive is no longer in the system did you install Windows 10 on the 2TB drive?  You will need to do that or get the message you are reporting.

How do I install it on the new one? I'm guessing I'll need that USB stick and do that process in order to install it
