Hi every body,

i am facing this problem where i can not start my pc normally ,i am using HP Prodesk 400 g4 mt business ,

when i hit power button the computer takes time than normal pc and then get beep after that i got this error POST (real time check power loss 005).

every time the client powers on pc this error persist which rendered the pc unusable end up calling me to solve it by getting around it and booting into desktop.

at the first power on ,the pc starts and then self power off. and again power on pc.

why starting pc takes time before beep sound appear and POST error display

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

A real time POST error code could suggest it is time to replace the MB CR2032 battery.

 

I can't say for sure if doing this will fix the problem but I would try this to see how it goes.
