Gracias ya pude solucionar, lo q hice fue apagar y prender nuevamente el PC presionando varias veces la tecla F8, esto me llevó de nuevo al menú de inicio ingrese nuevos datos en los formularios anteriores y me funciono (esta vez probé con internet por cable)
