Product: HP ENVY Curved All-in-One - 34-b010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I setup local admin password/pin to access computer. After a few months without use, I can't remember the admin password. So using the 2nd account on the PC that does NOT have admin privileges.  How do I factory reset PC?  It won't allow recovery disk or other options I went through with troubleshooter since I don't have admin access/PW.
