Started Win 10 normally. Ran Norton 360 quick scan - no errors. Tried to start email, but system crashed. Upon reboot, cmos warning came on and pc would not boot. Tried another reboot, but got same cmos warning. Removed cmos 3V battery and it measured only 0.089V (less than 5 years old). Replaced cmos battery (it measured 3.07V before installing. PC won't boot. Tried various hp diagnostic routines, but nothing booted pc. During Norton thumbdrive reboot attempt, got warning that it was wrong Windows version? It was saved during Norton full scan and backup last month so it should be current Windows version ???
