Hi:
If you want to keep your programs, files and settings, you want to run the W11 Rufus v.3.18 installation flash drive from the Windows explorer.
The only time I clean installed W11 on my unsupported PC's was on the two of them that would not let me do the in-place upgrade.
It got to a certain point 80-something percent and then just went right to the W10 desktop.
No errors, no nothing.
Those are the only PC's I did a clean install of W11 on.
The rest I kept my programs and files and they have worked great now for over two years.
