Reset the graphics card (if applicable). If the problem is not resolved, remove other accessory cards, and replace the graphics card or Main-Board.

Not likely

Hi

So it's the Video / Grahics card then.

Video graphics

Intel PCH Integrated Graphics
*Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed.
Integrated graphics provided by processor installed in the system
  • VGA connector on back I/O
  • DVI connector at back I/O

Try installing a basic Video card and hope the on-board Graphics turns OFF and the installed card generates a default screen.

Next may be either a replacement CPU or Main Board, or a local repair shop.
