Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I use a plugable hub  USB 3.0 UD 3900 to connect to my two monitors with a usb connection. When I plug the usb to my HP 800g5 the booth up of win 11 is very slow and once open on the screen the task bar is not complete. Tried every usb output

On the other hand when I plug in one monitor directly to the viewport/ hdmi the booth up is fast and normal.

Is there something wrong with the usb connections?
