Hi @Needhelppleasee,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing some frustrating issues with your HP Pavilion Desktop PC. Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve the problem.
- Check Hardware Connections: Ensure that all cables and connections are secure, including power cables, monitor cables, keyboard, and mouse.
- Boot into Safe Mode: Try booting your computer into Safe Mode by pressing the F8 key repeatedly while it boots up. Once in Safe Mode, you can attempt to troubleshoot further.
- System Restore: If your computer was working fine previously, you could try using System Restore to revert your system to a previous point in time when it was functioning correctly.
- Check for Disk Errors: If you haven't already, try running a disk check utility again to check for errors on your hard drive. You can do this by booting from a Windows installation disc or USB drive and choosing the repair options.
- Reinstall Windows: If none of the above steps work, you may need to consider reinstalling Windows. This will erase all data on your hard drive, so be sure to back up any important files before proceeding.
Remember to stay patient and methodical as you troubleshoot the issue.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
