That message means it is looking for a boot device. The "start pxe over ipv4" means it is looking on the network for a boot device. The SSD must not have the Windows boot loader, but since it came from another PC, it most likely will not work on this PC. Depending on the reason for trying this, you can use the SSD by repairing the boot scheme with the install disk for Windows and using the repair function.
First please explain how/why this is being done.
