I receive the following message.  Is there a simple way to fix this

2233-HEC1 error during MEBx execution

MBEX Status = 8302

ME BIOS Extension module halted

Update BIOS or ME firmware if problem persists

2206- End OF POST HEC1 Failure

system halted,  power cycle system to reboot

Thanks for your response and links.  A colleague warned me that if the installation goes wrong, the computer will not boot again. 

Does nay one have experience in installing this BIOs?
