Not sure if one has anything to do with the other but recently mounted a monitor arm to my wacom tablet. I disconnected the cables mounted the tablet plug cables back in and booted my pc up to this screen. Ive tried system restore, unplugging and plugging everything back in and keeps happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Jason

What system is this?

Product ID?

Model?

Touchscreen?

It looks like it is waiting for the ESC key to be pressed.  What happens if you press ESC?

If Bluetooth or Wi-Fi keyboard then borrow a USB keyboard  or tap the right edge of screen and bring up the on-screen keyboard.

Can you run diagnostics?  after ESC press F2 top enter diagnostics.

If the system is locked up then unplug, open access to memory area, use air duster, remove ram stick and put in back in using another socket, then turn back on.

Make sure you do not have any SD (memorY) cards or devices connected to the USB ports other than the keyboard & mouse.
