Product: HP Pavilion 23-h013w TouchSmart All-in-One Desktop PC (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

windows hello not functioning as PIN log in stopped working.  Unable to log in or use cmd or other tools because a password is always asked for first.  My microsoft account shows the 2 devices, HP Pavilion 23 desktop and my laptop here.  Can I use my laptop to gain entry into my desktop?  I tried to create a password disk (8mb flash drive usb) but that not work as error stopped me at very end when hitting enter.
