Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to upgrade to Windows 11 and have done the health check. I tried to eliminate the two points that caused the update to fail, but I didn't succeed. I have a valid 25-digit Windows 10 code that is connected to my HP mainborad and CPU. Mainboard and CPU data can be seen in the appendix. What can I do to upgrade to Windows 11?HealthCheck.pngHP_Produkt.pngCPU_Daten2.pngCPU_Daten.png6.png

Hi:

You need to go into the BIOS and enable Secure boot and enable the TPM 2.0 security device.

Then you should be able to upgrade to W11.

You need to have W10 installed in UEFI mode in order to enable secure boot.

You can check if your PC has Windows installed in UEFI mode by running the system information app.

Then scroll down the window and there is a BIOS Mode line.  That needs to indicate UEFI.

If it indicates Legacy, you will have to reinstall W10 by booting the installation media from the UEFI USB boot source, not the legacy one.
