Microsoft Windows 11

greetings HP community,

i have a: "HP ProDesk 400 G7 SFF" + an i5-10400f processor + Quadro k1200 + H10 Optane

installed Win11 w/ minor hiccups but all is good..., system operating as normal

i have the intention of installing Proxmox on the said unit. My idea/thoughts is that, after i install Proxmox and able to reach it via SSH or Web..., i would remove the K1200 since i don't need to use any GPU after preliminary installations are set..., however, when removing the GPU and turning the power on, it will beep/blink orange (might be red?) once and turns off, then the cycle repeats...,

if i put back the said GPU, all is back to normal.

in the previous Jurassic days (2nd/3rd gen intel)..., i was able to use a xeon without an iGPU on a system, though it was not an HP system..., but i was under the impression that i should be able to use it like that for this.

BIOS seems to be too limited to the point i am unable to find any settings that would allow me to boot the system without a GPU.

thank you for your time reading my post.
PS:
some might have the thoughts on about what if the system has BIOS/boot issues later on? we'll not discuss it here as i can slap a GPU (if needed) to troubleshoot it..., my aim is to use the system headless.

You're essentially talking about using the PC as a server, and we don't provide support for server functionality here -- only standard consumer stuff.
