if the house power goes out and we restart the all in one we get one beep, Why? the inside battery is new new 1t drive pc runs great . just that one beep.

As mentioned in the trouble shooting manual, page 46 the system will beep once after a post message is displayed.  Normally, after a power outage, the bios will run the specified "power out" procedure, something like the following:

turn on after power fail

turn off

resume on or off.

 

and a message will be displayed such as "resuming after power outage"

If messages are disabled (this is the default) then it seems the "beep" is not disabled.
