Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
when i started my pc an boot loop happend and now windows wont start ive tried factory reseting which it wont let me do ive tried commands in command prompt i really need help with this situation

Hi,
A W10 feature update can cause this or you may have a hardware problem.
Check hardware first, start the PC, tap "ESC", select "F2".
Run system and component tests to check hardware.
