HP Z1 G9 Tower Desktop (525J5AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Computer get stuck on boot screen (PROTECTED BY HP WOLF SECURITY).

If I press ESC, it shows a message on the bottom left corner saying, "Entering Startup Menu...", but nothing else happens afterwards.

I've tried several times:

 - reboot pressing power for 5sec.

 - disconnected every thing but keyboard (including HDDs, and memory) and pressing power button for 15sec.

 - pressing CMOS button for 5sec.

 - removed the internal coin battery.

The problem started after a reboot, I got a security message saying an authorized device tried to access the system. I answered "OK" for that message, but the system never came back on (don't pass the initial boot screen)

Hi @leonardolemos

Wolf Security is HP Enterprise stuff.

I would repost this problem in the HP Business PC Forum at this Site.
