envy 810-170st
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp envy 810-17st, Ser# 2md40508qm.  Intel core i7-4820k. OS version =10.0.18362 (originally came with 8.1), running architecture amd 64, number of processors=8, dism version 10.0.18362 1.  System bios PI2_818.rom  V8.18.  After latest windows 10 updates windows wont load.  Blue screen error-stopcode. Process1_initialization_failed.  Blue screen menus: Startup repair, Restore, Reset, Recovery etc.. , failed to fix problem.  All I seem to have access to is command prompt.  Hard drive operational. Tried chjdsk, scannow, dism to try to fix boot. Couldn't fix problem. Startup and repair log- "check for installed LCU, error code 0x57.  Dism logs have warnings on 2 files.  Warning dism providerstore PID=1616 TID=1224 failed to load the provider: X:\Windows\ system32\ Dism \ SiloedPackageProvider.dll  CDISProviderStore:: InternalGetProvider (hr:0x8007007e).   Warning dism providerstore PID=1616 TID=1224 failed to load the provider: X:\Windows\ system32\ Dism \ MetaDeployProvider.dll  CDISProviderStore:: InternalGetProvider (hr:0x8007007e). Startup repair log file, Logfile D:\Windows\system32\logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt.  How can I repair this?
