HP Pavilion 500-311x
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

i recently  have an error that relates to Windows Activation (slui.exe), but that file is deleted, and i think in mind that i should reinstall Windows 7, so i go download the Windows 7 ISO file from the internet and use Rufus to format my USB (8GB), after i format the USB i started to reboot. The first thing i do while rebooting is enter the BIOS to boot from USB, and install Windows 7 as normal, but suddenly a power cut has interrupted the installation. I was so panicked that i thought my PC will gonna break, so after the power cut i booted again (from USB) and suddenly it says Windows has failed to start: nvme.sys is missing
Edit: Oh btw when i boot like normal it says: BOOTMGR is compressed. Press Ctrl + Alt +Del to restart
Can u experts help me how to reinstall my Windows 7? I'm scared if the PC will broke down.

(Sorry for bad english skills)

Hello
if the computer is suddenly turned off, during the installation, the best thing to do is to start over
Just try if possible, restart, and attempt a repair
