Product: HP Compaq 8200 Elite Small Form Factor PC (ENERGY STAR)

my computer turns on and my keyboard & mouse light up but nothing will show up on my screen/ won’t boot and a light turns off on my outside of my computer after i’m not sure if that might be the reason or not. i left my computer on for 2 hours to see if anything would ever show up and it didn’t.
